A seamless stay in Trastevere
The rooms are spacious and cleverly designed, providing every comfort while staying in central Rome. Accessing the hotel via keyless entry added a modern touch to our experience. I loved the convenient location near local eateries and nightlife.
The absence of on-site staff was a bit challenging. We encountered a minor drainage problem in the bathroom, quickly resolved, but the shower design could use improvement to avoid water spilling into the room.

This was an excellent stay during winter time. I asked for double room, it was decent size and spotless. The bed was comfy and loved my clean bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive, everything was fine. The location was magnificent and incredible, with restaurants and bars close to the hotel. There was lots of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars.

The self-check-in process was seamless, making it very convenient upon arrival.
The shower design could be improved as it doesn't adequately contain water, leading to spills in the bathroom.

Great value, room was bright, staff were very attentive. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around a titular minor basilica.

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but with a broken toilet, and nonexistent customer service, it was far from luxury. They could have at least given me a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, right? Not to mention the unhelpful staff's late responses. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Didn't like anything, except keyless entry
-
missingWrote a review on 04 Novspacious layoutkeyless entryfurniture absence
The room featured a spacious layout with a clever design that maximizes comfort for solo travelers. An innovative keyless entry system streamlined the check-in process.
Lack of basic furniture like chairs and tables severely limits functionality. Both coffee drinking and working on a laptop become a hassle. The sink's odd placement in the room instead of the bathroom adds to the inconvenience. Internet connectivity issues persisted for days without viable alternatives. The absence of a lobby detracts from the overall experience, and the hanging stand instead of a closet may not suffice for travelers with more extensive wardrobes.

Numa in Trastevere nails it with a chic vibe and super comfy rooms. The self check-in made everything smooth. Quick responses to my questions. Just ran into a bit of a wait for maintenance after reporting a minor issue, but otherwise, totally loved my stay.
